How to purchase

You should complete the following steps:
1. Find the item you want to buy
2. Click on the image to see more details and read the description
3. Click "Order" and fill in the order form carefully
4. Wait for our response containing payment and shipment details
5. Make a payment
6. Get the painting




Payment options

The buyer decides which forms of payment to chose.
Payment options include:

- Wire Transfer
- Escrow service

Packaging and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price listed with the goods. We will inform you about payment details, price and time of shipment after submitting the "Order" form.




Packing

You can rest assured that your painting will arrive safely. We package each piece by hand with ample protective measures. The painting will be delivered as without frame as framed. The rolled canvas will be packed in the water resistant container protected from damaging. Framed painting will be packed in a special box.




Delivery

The item you paid for will be delivered upon your money transfer to our account (if you chose Money Order or Wire Transfer) or after notice from Escrow service. We are ready to deliver items worldwide by EMS servise or DHL service within 10-20 days. The cost of service is based on the dimensional weight and destination of your selection.

As soon as the artwork is shipped, we inform you of the tracking number and require a signature upon delivery. Having received the goods you should open the container and examine its state and sign the notice of receipt. Should you reveal any defects you are to return the goods to the follower and sign the notice with remark of damage.

Notification of damaged goods is due upon receipt. Should you fail to make any remarks about the delivered goods' state the FERA Gallery will not accept any claims.




Policy of return.

All of the FERA Gallery paintings are unique, so Returns are not acceptable excluding the compensation for damaged items. We have tried to make the graphics as accurate as possible, however, most of these images are created by scanning photographs provided by the artists - therefore the quality of the image that you see reflects the quality of the photograph that we receive. In order to make our pages load in a reasonable amount of time we scan at a fairly low resolution. Images are therefore close but not exact. These differences can not form the basis for the paintings return. Your order means that you accept our rules.
